- We require a minimum two night stay for bookings that include a Saturday night

- Flat Screen TV’s with DVD player –selection of DVD’s available from reception

- All our beds, are new with pocket sprung mattress’s which should help you sleep well & range in size from King size to single
- All duvets and pillows are high quality Hungarian goose down.
- All linen is crisp clean cotton with fluffy bath sheets
- Complementary toiletries
- Irons and ironing boards are available from reception
- Hairdryers in every bedroom
- Payment - 50% deposit is due on booking the remainder on arrival
- Bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your arrival date less a £10 admin fee
- All prices quoted include breakfast and taxes
- Check in time is 2pm Check out time is 11am.
- Group bookings have a 28 days cancellation policy
- Rates on last minute rooms are not substitutable for other days.
