Situated on the ground floor just inside the hall door, reception is open daily a guest manager is available to help you with your queries Monday – Thursday 9am-8pm , Friday & Saturday 9am-9pm & Sunday 9am-7pm. Feel at home & relax by the open fire where you will find a selection of daily newspapers, magazine and tourist information to help you enjoy your stay in Bath. If you would like a drink we have a resident’s bar & a selection of snacks in the guest living room there is a menu in the guest lounge and in the guestbook in your room.

Make yourself comfortable in our spacious airy breakfast room whilst watching our chef prepare your breakfast in front of your eyes. The Breakfast room is situated in the lower ground floor.
