At Brooks Guesthouse, we are committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable stay for
all our guests. However, due to the historic nature of our Grade II listed Georgian building,
we regret that full accessibility for guests with mobility impairments is limited.

Building Access

• The entrance to the guesthouse is accessed via thirteen steps, there is a handrail to hold on too however unfortunately, there is no ramp or alternative step-free access due to the restrictions associated with our listed building status.
• We do not have a lift on the premises, and all bedrooms are located across multiple floors accessed via staircases.
• As such, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users or those who require step free or elevator access. Assistance During Stay
• Our team is always happy to assist guests with luggage or any other reasonable requests to make your stay more comfortable.
• If you have any specific requirements or would like advice on room locations (e.g., lower-floor rooms), please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the constraints of the building.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may
cause. We are continually reviewing ways to improve the guest experience while respecting

the architectural integrity of our historic property.
