How to Find Us

Address: Brooks Guesthouse, 1 Crescent Gardens, Upper Bristol Road, Bath, BA1 2NA
We are located on the upper Bristol road before Victoria Park at the junction of Upper Bristol Road and Marlbourgh Lane. This is 350 meters below the Royal Crescent. Everything is within walking distance so you can ditch the car and saunter around at your leisure.
As being part of eco-friendly city of Bath, we encourage visitors to use public transport to reduce vehicle emissions and improve air quality for all.
If you however decide to drive, please use one of three Park and Ride services https://travelwest.info/park-ride which operate seven days a week. Buses run into the city from all three Park and Ride sites at least every 15 minutes, with a journey time of just ten minutes.

Coming from Bristol Airport
Take the Green Air Decker bus £20 return which stops directly outside the Guesthouse. Just ask the driver to let you off at Brooks Guesthouse after Victoria Park. The website is www.airdecker.com
Coming by train
We are a 20 minute walk to Bath Spa Train station, come out of the station and turn left walk along past the coach station. Cross the road and follow the river along to Green Park (there is a large Sainsbury’s there).
Continue until you reach Monmouth street take a left by the Church and carry on straight for another 5 minutes. Our guesthouse is on the Right hand side. It has a shell above the door and Burgundy coloured door.
Alternatively if you don’t fancy walking you can hop in a taxi cost is approx. £5 depending on traffic.
Coming by bike
We have secure bike storage at the side of our guesthouse please let us know and we will open the gates for you.
Coming by Car
If you are heading from the Bristol direction get on the A4 signposted to Bath and we are in the city centre just after Victoria Park, you will see a large playground on the left hand side and we are just after the junction with Marlborough Lane on the left hand side.
Coming by Car via Motorway M4 come off junction 18, follow signs for Bath and then follow signs for Bath race course rather than the signs for city centre (this is a short cut avoiding the worst traffic o in Bath City Centre &has prettier views its via Freezing Hill Lane). Once you have passed the race course continue straight heading down Landsdown Rd. You will pass The Hare & Hounds Pub on the Left hand side and a large School Kingswood on the right hand side. Continue heading straight down this road called Landsdown. Take a Right onto Julian Road continue on straight passed shops and take left onto Marlborough Lane (you will see a pub called Marlborough Tavern on the corner). Go straight down Marlborough Lane passing the Royal Crescent on the left hand side to the bottom of the road park up on the right hand side where the meters are. Our entrance is on the main road second building in from the corner.
